With an income potential of $150,000+ this is a great opportunity with a long-established customer base and strong repeat and referral business supported by our exceptional service department and collision center. Our sales team has the advantage of selling both new and used vehicles from our Chevy Buick location. With over 300 pre‑owned vehicles available, there are plenty of opportunities to succeed. We also have a dedicated Subprime department to help customers with credit challenges, giving our sales consultants even more opportunities to close deals. Compensation includes salary plus commissions, monthly bonuses, spiffs, Mark of Excellence bonuses, and additional earnings through ancillary product endorsements — all designed to help the right salesperson reach their full earning potential. Benefits include: Paid Vacations 401(k) A massive advertising budget — our owner invests in marketing and YOU Immediate opportunity! A 5‑day work week, no Sundays, and there are only two evening shifts per week until 7:00 pm. Determine each customer’s vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening. Demonstrate vehicles including test drives. Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analytics. Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers. Maintain an owner follow‑up system that encourages repeat and referral business. Prior sales experience is required — automotive sales preferred, but we’ll consider top performers from other sales industries A motivated, ready‑to‑work attitude High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards Professional appearance, good communication skills, strong negotiation and presentation skills Valid U.S. Driver’s license Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
