Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Camden, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a caring, people-first culture through teamwork, integrity, and reliable service while helping protect personnel, property, and operations. Position Type: Full Time Walk / stand long peirods of time Weekly Pay Pay Rate: $16.54 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post instructions and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and observe personnel, visitor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site requirements, reporting unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
