Location: Saint Louis, Missouri (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Project Manager with experience managing the implementation of Patient Registration, Patient Scheduling, and Patient Accounting solutions. This role involves working with integrated solutions like Cerner, Allscripts, Epic, or bolt-on solutions such as MedSeries 4, Medipac, and Meditech. The position requires strong project management capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and develop project goals, objectives, and schedules to align with defined business benefits.
• Lead project resource matrix through the project lifecycle, including validating resource requirements, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Develop, track, and document all aspects of the project.
• Manage all aspects of the project budget, monitoring and adjusting plans as needed.
• Communicate and document project quality and progress metrics.
• Address and resolve project issues to ensure the project remains on track.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• Experience managing the implementation of Patient Registration, Patient Scheduling, and Patient Accounting solutions.
• Experience working with internal team members, extended partners, and third-party vendors.

Technical Skills:

• Strong project management skills and knowledge.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use project management tools in ServiceNow SPM.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to influence and build respectful relationships.
• Confidence in new environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in complex enterprise-wide project management.
• Experience implementing Acute and/or Ambulatory electronic medical record systems.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet project management tools.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Meets, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience using ServiceNow for Project Management (SPM Module) is highly desired.
