We are hiring part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with flexible hours. Salary range: $23–$28 per hour. About the role As an RBT at B Above, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collecting data, collaborating with team members, supporting children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills, maintaining professional standards, partnering with families, and creating fun, structured sessions.
