We're seeking a proactive, passionate, and detail-driven part-time Assistant General Manager to support the daily operations of our retreat. In this role, you’ll report to the General Manager and help ensure operational excellence, team development, and five-star guest experience in alignment with our brand promise. Responsibilities Champion the Cloud 9 Wellness Experience, ensuring each guest receives personalized care from arrival to departure. Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage and skincare therapy. Partner with the General Manager on membership strategy, including overcoming obstacles and building rapport. Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths. Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and alignment to brand tone. Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, and developing and retaining team members. Facilitate front desk associate training and coaching with role-playing to support membership sales. Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in membership sales. Minimum of one year of leadership experience in wellness or spa service setting is preferred. Working knowledge of Zenoti or similar spa management software is preferred. Familiarity with operating standards in a branded or franchise environment is preferred.
