Expected salary range of $153,000 to $170,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Over the past ten years, Constellation has invested more than $7.1 billion in capital across its nuclear fleet to support continued safe, reliable operations and long-term license extensions. Of that total, approximately $3.3 billion has been invested in Illinois facilities. Looking ahead, Constellation is planning multi-billion-dollar investments between 2025 and 2030 focused on the continued operation, licensing, and performance of the Illinois nuclear fleet. These investments are distinct from major growth projects such as extended power uprates or turbine replacements and are centered on sustaining the existing fleet at world-class standards. These investments support high-skilled jobs, local tax bases, grid reliability, and long-term affordability while avoiding the cost overruns and risks often borne by ratepayers under monopoly utility buildouts. Primary Purpose of Position Manage projects, initiation through closeout, as assigned and within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule and objectives. Provide leadership for project team members and the Project Management process. Position generally used for projects requiring integration of multiple functional organizations. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Manage the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule and budget of assigned project(s) in accordance with the Constellation Management Model procedures and standard practices. Ensure proper use of project controls and perform required monthly reporting. Direct the Project Team and integrate all resources. Ensure Contract Administration on contract(s) as required, including proper closeout of projects as well as post-project critique and lessons learned Ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables Provide communication to NGG and site or corporate management for assigned / proposed projects. Provide development, evaluation and recommendation on contracted services and materials. Coach and mentor other program managers and cross-functional support personnel fostering continuous improvement. All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience OR Associate's degree in a business-related field with 10 years of related experience OR High School diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience Experience managing projects Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (within 18 months of starting position) Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field Supervisory or management experience Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance Knowledge of contract management and / or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little directionaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
