WelderThis role involves performing high-quality TIG and MIG welding on aluminum components in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment. You will help ensure that incoming orders are accurately completed and prepared for outgoing shipment by producing precise and reliable welds.ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum parts and assemblies according to specifications and quality standards.Interpret basic instructions, job tickets, or work orders to complete welding tasks accurately and on time.Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity, making adjustments as needed to meet requirements.Handle general labor tasks related to welding, such as material handling, basic preparation, and post-weld cleanup.Collaborate closely with operations leadership and team members to ensure all orders received are processed and sent out correctly.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following established safety procedures.Communicate promptly when issues arise and actively ask for help or clarification when needed to keep work flowing smoothly.Essential SkillsProven experience performing TIG welding on aluminum components.Proven experience performing MIG welding on aluminum components.Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced production environment.Capability to perform general labor tasks associated with welding and fabrication.Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality welds.Willingness to collaborate with team members and communicate clearly about work status and needs.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious aerospace industry experience is a plus.Familiarity with welding aluminum for precision or high-specification applications is beneficial.Comfort working under time constraints while maintaining quality standards.Why Work Here?You will join a supportive, team-oriented environment where collaboration and open communication are encouraged.
