Travel RN - Cath Lab/EP

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab/EP position requiring a CA RN license and on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Details

• Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology department of a hospital setting,
• Provide care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular, vascular, and radiology procedures,
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM,
• Participate in an on-call rotation covering any of the 7 days of the week, including nights, weekends, and holidays,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required,
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA or ARC),
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required,
• Skilled in patient assessment, preparation, monitoring, sedation management, and post-procedure recovery,
• Advanced hemodynamic monitoring skills required,
• Ability to respond rapidly to emergent situations in a fast-paced procedural environment,
• 2 professional references obtained within the past year required for consideration,

• Accepts local candidates at the local rate,
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius or apply under the local rate policy,
• Former employees must have a 1-year separation before returning as a traveler,
• Maximum RTO is 7 days per contract, with only 1 holiday request approved per contract,
• Holiday coverage includes New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
