Overview Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team. Responsibilities Contractor shall provide a SOC/NOC Operations Manager responsible for oversight of integrated 24x7x365 security and network monitoring operations. This individual shall oversee operational workflows, escalation procedures, staffing coverage, shift coordination, event handling consistency, and operational reporting.
