General Manager

The following information applies to a position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for all employment matters, including hiring and scheduling. Qualifications • Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations. • Strong preference for background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
