Job Summary

The Experienced Structural Concrete Carpenter plays a critical role in commercial and industrial construction projects, working primarily within small teams of one to five members. This position requires hands-on expertise in formwork and reinforcement installation, ensuring the structural integrity of concrete frameworks. Frequent travel to various job sites is expected, where the carpenter will utilize both manual and power carpentry tools to meet rigorous safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install formwork for concrete structures
• Install reinforcement materials according to project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints for precise construction
• Take accurate site measurements and layout work
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations at all times

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in structural concrete work
• Experience in structural concrete formwork
• Proficiency with Structural concrete carpentry tools & operation

• Pliers
• Harness
• Wire Cuters
• Hammer
• Level

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work is primarily outdoors at construction sites and may require working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and stand for extended periods.
• Must wear appropriate PPE and adhere to company safety guidelines.

Pay and Benefits

• Full-Time, W-2 Employment
• Up to $27 an hour, depending on experience
