Pharmacy Technician - Brockton, MA

A healthcare facility in need of skilled pharmacy technicians to support evening shift operations is seeking motivated candidates to fill three positions. This role provides an excellent opportunity for trainees, state-licensed, and certified pharmacy technicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Location: Brockton, MA

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare medications in appropriate packaging such as blister packs and unit-dose formats to ensure timely delivery to residents
• Assist in ordering, receiving, and stocking medications, while monitoring proper storage conditions and expiration dates
• Maintain precise patient and medication records, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Adapt to high-volume workflow, managing approximately 600 prescriptions daily

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license required
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification preferred but not mandatory
• Pharmacy experience highly valued, though trainees with a trainee license are welcome and will receive training on Frameworks software
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy setting

Compensation:

• Trainee License: $19/hour
• State Licensed Technician: $22/hour
• Certified Technician: $25/hour
• Performance-based bonus incentives
