Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within cybersecurity or IT.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent cybersecurity certification.

- Proven experience in managing complex cybersecurity projects from inception to completion.-

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).

- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

- Strong negotiation skills for collaborating with vendors and third-party service providers.

- Ability to produce detailed project documentation and reports.

- Experience in developing and delivering training and awareness programs.

- Ability to respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents effectively.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Ability to adapt and adjust project plans based on evolving requirements and unforeseen challenges.

Responsabilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive cybersecurity project plans.

- Ensure projects align with organizational cybersecurity goals and strategic objectives.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.

- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.

- Adjust project plans based on progress and evolving requirements.
