Robotic Welder

Join our dynamic team as a Robotic Welder where you will be responsible for welding seat frames and steel harnesses for various types of vehicles. With opportunities to work in a large manufacturing facility, you will engage in both MIG and robotic welding processes.

• Weld between 80-200 parts per day using mild grade steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise welding.
• Collaborate with a team on either the first or second shift to meet daily production goals.

• 6 months to 1 year experience in MIG welding or robotic welding.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with mild steel, spot welding, and soldering.

• AWS training.
• Weld inspection experience.

Work in a very large manufacturing facility dedicated to bus seats and safety harnesses. Be part of a team ranging from 50 to 150 members, working four 10-hour days. Shifts include: 1st shift from 6:30am-5:00pm, and 2nd shift from 5:00pm-3:30am with a $0.40 shift premium. Weekend shifts offer a perfect attendance bonus, enhancing your hourly rate. The facility is conducive to teamwork and efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westfield, IN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.40/hr.
