The incumbent in this position will be responsible for the following: data entry, tracking, and analyzing of the department's financial budgets. Other duties include assisting professional staff by providing the information needed to finalize reports, providing assistance with duties as they relate to financial monitoring, and assisting the Division overall as needed. Knowledge and Communication Skills: Knowledge of office procedures, practices, and principles of effective communication; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Proficient in customer service, active listening, and establishing/maintaining effective working relationships with others. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) and Adobe Pro. Organizational and Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze information, address public relations needs, organize files/records, and plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments. Administrative and Clerical Skills: Proficient in typing letters, memoranda, and business forms in correct format; ability to use proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Telephone and Multi-tasking Skills: Ability to utilize multi-line phone systems and handle calls courteously and effectively.
