Job Summary:
The healthcare professional specializing as a House Supervisor Level 1 in TEMPLE, Texas, will oversee clinical operations within the facility, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to safety protocols. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required prior to the first shift. A minimum of two (2) years bedside clinical experience is required. The candidate must possess the appropriate licensure and be licensed or eligible to practice within the state of Texas.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a hospital or healthcare facility is preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves overseeing clinical staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety standards. Effective communication, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The position may require providing charge responsibilities following an orientation period.
