At The Behavior Lab, we believe in playful learning, compassionate care, and creating brighter futures — one child at a time. We provide home and clinic-based ABA therapy for children with Autism and behavioral challenges, helping them build confidence, communication, and life skills in environments where they feel most comfortable.

We're looking for caring, motivated, and energetic individuals who are passionate about working with children and eager to grow professionally. No prior ABA experience? No problem — full paid training and ongoing support are provided!

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions
• Use play-based learning and engaging activities
• Support children in developing important life skills
• Track progress and collaborate with families and supervisors
• Create a positive and encouraging environment for every child

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Passion for working with children
• Reliable, patient, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in home and community settings
• Flexible availability, including afternoons/evenings
