About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to support our Premium category, with a focus on our elevated Hamilton Beach® collections designed for consumers who value performance, design, and quality craftmanship. This is a physical product management role, responsible for driving strategy, development, and commercial execution across a well-established category. This position plays an important role in supporting Hamilton Beach Brands’ continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence, with a particular focus on elevating brand perception and unlocking margin growth in the premium space. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners and contributes to key business initiatives that support the company’s long-term strategy. This is a hybrid position based in Glen Allen, VA and reports to the Group Manager of Product Marketing. Salary Range: $116,009.00 To $140,868.00 Annually What You’ll Do Support the development and execution of category strategy and product roadmap for the Premium Brands portfolio. Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and post-market optimization, with particular attention to design quality, materials, and premium positioning. Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver successful product launches. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape within the premium appliance space to inform product decisions. Support premium pricing strategy, margin targets, and overall portfolio performance. Assist in preparing business cases, product briefs, and launch plans that reflect premium brand standards. Monitor in-market performance and recommend actions to drive growth, elevate brand equity, and improve results. Contribute to innovation pipeline development, with a focus on differentiated features and design that support premium market positioning. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in product management, category management, or related roles within consumer goods. Experience in physical product management, appliances, or consumer hardgoods preferred; experience with premium or design-led product portfolios strongly preferred. Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience supporting P&L performance. Ability to translate consumer insights and market data into actionable product strategies, particularly in premium/aspirational market segments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
