You may attach the files during the application process.**Qualifications****Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist I: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one full year of HR related experience.**Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist II: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and three full years of full cycle recruiting experience.Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and five full years of full cycle recruiting experience.\**Compensation and classification is based on the analyses of the above qualifications during the recruitment process.***Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*** Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.* Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.* Excellent customer service orientation.* Attention to detail.* Knowledge of state and federal policy in recruiting, hiring and employment.* Track record of personal accountability, integrity, and proven organizational skills.* Strong written communication, analytical, interpersonal, customer service skills.* Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Working knowledge of HR systems including Workday or other HCM application, background investigation and credential verification.* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar field of study.* More than one year of experience of recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring activities.* Experience coordinating recruiting activities through HR representatives in the field.**Instructions to Applicants:** *Applications received by Texas A&M University must either have all job application data entered or a resume attached.
