We consistently seek ways to enhance our operations, support ongoing growth, and expand our services across the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions and beyond.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the Elecnor Hawkeye Management System is implemented and monitored.Ensure EHMS orientation training is conducted for all new hires/rehires.Ensure that audits are conducted per the audit plan for the management system and job sites to verify compliance with requirements.Report Elecnor Hawkeye Management System performance to the management team for review and as a basis for continuous improvement.Develop and implement Quality plans for projects.Review and communicate RFP requirements to the estimating team as applicable.Manage the non-conformance program, including conducting causal analysis to identify the root cause for corrective action.Perform periodic NCR analysis to identify adverse trends.Monitor the regional calibration and testing program.Act as Liaison with internal and external parties on matters relating to Quality Management.Review and ensure that project as-built/training documentation is issued and maintained per client, regulatory, and company requirements.Ensure employees are informed of the latest client, statutory, and regulatory requirements before performing work activities.Monitor material installation and storage for compliance with specifications.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBA/BS in Engineering or equivalent work experience.5-10 years of high-voltage electrical transmission, distribution, substation, and directional drilling experience in construction or engineering.OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Training Course.Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Work Environment & HazardsThe role involves a mix of sedentary and physically active office and field work and requires regular travel to project sites, including electrical transmission corridors, substations, gas pipelines, and solar construction locations.Potential exposure to heavy construction activities and high-voltage hazards, including energized equipment, moving machinery, uneven terrain, and risks of slips, trips, falls, and hazardous materials.Special Physical DemandsFrequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.Sufficient visual acuity to read specifications, drawings, measurements, and installed work.Manual dexterity to operate inspection tools, gauges, testing equipment, and computers or mobile devices.Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Work Contact GroupRegular contact with department heads and management (finance, IT, and field employees).Frequent contact with customers, regulatory and statutory authorities, and third-party auditors.Material suppliers, subcontractors, and testing or calibration providers.Elecnor Hawkeye provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to ensure both your physical health and financial security, as well as that of your dependents.
