Essential Job Duties Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the install team Provide solutions based on customer needs Become an expert of your market area Follow Hero’s sales process Qualifications Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.) Knowledge in HVAC systems is a plus 2-3 years sales experience Outgoing, warm personality and comfortable talking with homeowners Ability to pass background, drug screen and driver insurability checks applicable per state law Posted Min Pay Rate USD $80,000.00/Yr.
