Telehealth Technology Coordinator

Position Purpose Telehealth Technology Coordinator (TTC) supports the efficiency, ease of use and reliability of telehealth and other connected care programs in a MedStar facility. Key Responsibilities Bring telehealth devices to patient bedside and facilitate activities such as teleconsultation with remote providers, inpatient remote rounding, family video visits, virtual interpreting services, post-discharge remote monitoring, and other telehealth initiatives. Track, troubleshoot, manage, and maintain telehealth devices in collaboration with Information Services. Work with hospital leadership (CNO, VPMA, CNIO & Director of Patient Experience) and MedStar Telehealth Innovation Center leadership on strategic planning, workflow optimization, and growth projects. Perform data entry/support tasks and handle in-person patient interaction. Provide prompt, professional, compassionate patient and consumer support and coordinate efficient patient flow using telemedicine practices. Qualifications 1–3 years of medical administrative, medical receptionist, or related experience. Recent bachelor’s degree or technical experience; strong call center or customer service experience preferred. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Comfortable in a patient-facing role and willing to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and flexible for other shifts; part‑time, 25–35 hrs/week. Ability to work in a fully onsite position in Baltimore, MD. Job Type & Location Contract-to-Hire position based in Baltimore, MD; fully onsite. Pay and Benefits Hourly rate: $20.00 – $25.00.
