Position Overview

• Full-time, permanent role with excellent compensation ($225K-$260K DOE)
• Lead dental provider for our Bethel-based clinic with outreach to surrounding villages
• Opportunity to help develop and shape our growing outreach program
• Autonomous practice within a collaborative healthcare team

Clinical Setting & Responsibilities

• Modern facility with up-to-date technology and equipment
• Comprehensive general dentistry services including preventive care, restorative procedures, and endodontic treatment
• Travel to outlying tribal communities to provide essential dental services
• Collaborative care model working alongside medical providers

Ideal Candidate

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
• Alaska dental license or ability to obtain licensure
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Endodontic treatment proficiency preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent problem-solver with cultural sensitivity
• Passion for rural healthcare and community service
