We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our facility located in Shillington, PA. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $116,480 to $120,640 , along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

• The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
• This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities.
• Work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.
• Provide primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical providers.
• Partner with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

• The Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
• The Physician Assistant must have graduated from an ARC-PA accredited program and passed the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
• In states where permitted, APRNs must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their practice states.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Certain benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.

Salary Range: USD $116,480.00 - USD $120,640.00 per year.
