Contract Manager
Intone Networks Inc.
This is a 12-month contract position based in Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on contract review, negotiation, and drafting across a range of agreement types, with responsibility for legal analysis, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment handling high-volume contract workloads. Responsibilities Review, negotiate, and draft various types of contracts and agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, vendor and purchase agreements, proposals, and templates Perform legal analysis on contract terms and conditions Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies Interface with internal stakeholders to support contract objectives and requirements Manage high-volume contract workloads with attention to deadlines Oversee contract management activities and documentation Qualifications Required Juris Doctor (J.D.) #J-18808-Ljbffr Intone Networks Inc.
