As the central point of contact for distributor and sales office orders, you'll manage the entire order lifecycle—from initial request through final delivery—while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure every order is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. What You'll Do As the Order Manager, you'll be the voice of the customer while coordinating with internal teams to keep orders moving and customers informed every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor and direct sales office inquiries regarding order status, changes, and delivery schedules. Manage customer orders from order entry through shipment to the job site, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Collaborate daily with scheduling, planning, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics teams to support seamless order execution. Act as the Voice of the Customer within factory operations by coordinating communications and resolving customer escalations. Build strong working relationships with manufacturing, marketing, distribution centers, sales representatives, and customers. Monitor customer response times and service quality, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Analyze customer service trends and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and satisfaction. Investigate and resolve customer concerns while routing specialized issues to the appropriate teams. Support customer service initiatives, operational projects, and continuous improvement efforts. Maintain accurate documentation and order records throughout the order lifecycle. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Three (3) or more years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a related customer‑facing role. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Customer‑first mindset with exceptional problem‑solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Experience in HVAC manufacturing, construction, industrial manufacturing, or factory‑based customer service. Experience with order management systems, scheduling, warehousing, and supply chain processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience using SAP, Salesforce, CRM platforms, or other enterprise business systems. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and a sense of urgency. Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
