LOCATION: Everglades City, FL - "Convenient drive from Marco, Naples, and surrounding areas"

We're a family-owned, locally operated airboat tour company looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to be the welcoming voice and face of our tours.
This is a fast-paced but relaxed coastal work environment - the kind where days move quickly, the views are unbeatable, and teamwork matters. If you enjoy talking with people, staying busy, and helping families create unforgettable memories, this may be the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Do

• Answer calls and assist guests with booking tours
• Welcome and check in visitors from around the world
• Provide tour information and local recommendations
• Coordinate daily tour schedules and reservations
• Assist with daily office and front desk operations
• Help create a welcoming, smooth, and positive guest experience
• Keep our small souvenir shop shelves stocked, organized, and tidy

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Ability to multitask in a busy but laid-back coastal atmosphere
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Weekend and holiday availability (we're closed Sundays)
• Generational locals and those who appreciate "Old Florida" vibes are a plus
