Plant Manager

Responsibilities Lead day-to-day plant operations to ensure production schedules and delivery targets are achieved Manage and support supervisors and production teams across multiple shifts Drive a strong culture of health, safety, and operational accountability Oversee quality standards to ensure output meets required specifications and benchmarks Monitor labour, materials, and equipment usage to maintain efficiency and cost control Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives Work closely with internal departments to keep production aligned with business needs Mentor and develop team members to support long-term capability and succession planning Qualifications 6–8+ years of experience in plant, production, or manufacturing leadership Background in heavy manufacturing, fabrication, industrial production Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles Engineering, industrial, or related technical qualification preferred Proven ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced production setting Hands-on, solution-focused leadership style with strong decision-making skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
