Dental Office Associate

Dental Office Associate
The Dental Office Associate provides clinical and clerical office support activities for the Clinic; performs patient care and administrative duties necessary to deliver quality patient care.
High School Graduate or GED
Graduate from an accredited Dental Assistant Program Licensed by New York State Department of Education
At least two (2) years of experience as a Dental Assistant
Previous experience in and knowledge of clinic operations, patient registration/scheduling
General knowledge of computer / data entry skills, Dentrix, Epic Wisdom, Eagle HIS System, Dexis, E-Cashiering, Maps Communication, knowledge of eligibility and Eagle registration.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
