Brand Ambassador Full Time Admin – Navarre, FL, US – Salary Range: $31,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually. Paradise Home Services is looking for a motivated, reliable full‑time Brand Ambassador to work with The Home Depot. Overview Key responsibilities include traveling to stores and events to introduce HVAC and plumbing products to homeowners, engaging customers, and generating leads. No pushy sales tactics – we build lasting relationships. Responsibilities Travel between stores and events, using reliable transportation. Engage with customers in store and at events, explaining products and services. Set appointments and meet or exceed appointment‑setting goals. Handle prospects and customers with product knowledge, empathy, and excellent service. Generate sales leads for the sales team and network to build trusting relationships. Understand products and services to inform potential customers. Maintain rapport with store personnel to achieve company and client objectives. Compensation Starting hourly rate of $15.00 per hour. Very lucrative bonus structure. Qualifications Self‑motivated and willing to learn and grow. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time between job sites and customer locations. Reliable transportation and valid state driver's license. Pass a background screening. Strong communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to work evenings and weekends in rotation. Excellent organizational, negotiation, closing, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills. Regular and reliable attendance. Physical aptitude for standing, sitting, climbing ladders, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications (none) Physical Demands Operate tablet, computer, mobile phone, and other equipment. Read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work. Lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs repeatedly. Climbing ladders and step stools repeatedly. Sitting, standing, and operating in small or confined spaces.
