Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only practice
- Established team: 1 ENT physician + 2 APPs
- Strong clinical and administrative support
- Modern clinic with Athena EMR
- Monday Thursday schedule (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)
- Dedicated OR day
- Manageable volume: 15 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary with wRVU productivity bonus (3-year guaranteed base of $365,000)
- $25,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
