Start dates are flexible-immediate openings are available as well as opportunities for the 2026-2027 school year.


Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families
• Knowledge of IEP process and legal compliance in educational settings
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt intervention strategies
• Commitment to fostering student independence and success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct therapy and consultation services in classrooms and specialized settings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student goals
• Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide training and resources for instructional staff as needed
• Maintain up-to-date records and progress notes in accordance with school policies

This full-time, in-person role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $55-$70, allowing you to enjoy rewarding work that directly impacts student development and achievement.
