VP Business Banker

We’re looking for a VP Business Banker who can walk into a room full of entrepreneurs, operators, and decision-makers and instantly become the person they trust with the future of their business. This role is equal parts financial strategist, relationship architect, and opportunity hunter. You’ll work with growing businesses across Texas, helping clients navigate everything from lending and treasury management to expansion planning and long-term financial health. Think less “spreadsheet spectator” and more “quarterback with a calculator.” If you thrive on conversations that turn into partnerships, enjoy balancing analytical precision with people skills, and believe banking should still have personality, this could be your lane.
