You will assist with account communication, service requests, scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day account needs while helping maintain the high standard of service our clients expect.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining clear and positive communication.ResponsibilitiesServe as a professional point of contact for assigned client accounts.Coordinate client requests, service updates, and account-related activities.Maintain accurate and organized account records and documentation.Communicate important information between clients and internal departments.Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and service coordination.Respond to client questions and help resolve routine account concerns.Monitor account activity to ensure requests and commitments are completed efficiently.Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.Maintain professional communication across phone, email, and other business channels.Support internal teams with account information, documentation, and administrative coordination.Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Contribute to a collaborative, service-focused work environment.QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Professional and customer-focused approach to communication.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team.Ability to handle client information with professionalism and discretion.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic business environment.Basic proficiency with common business software, email, and digital communication tools.Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.Additional InformationAt Catch Vibe Voice, we want our team members to grow alongside the company.
