Karntek Ltd, a trusted name in fire safety consultancy, is seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join our skilled team. This role is critical in identifying fire hazards and assessing risks within various types of buildings to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards. The Fire Risk Assessor will conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments, analyze findings, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the fire safety of our clients’ premises. Responsibilities Conducting thorough fire risk assessments for a range of properties, including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. Identifying potential fire hazards and evaluating the effectiveness of existing fire safety measures. Preparing detailed risk assessment reports with clear recommendations for improvements and mitigation strategies. Liaising with clients and property managers to discuss findings and assist in implementing fire safety measures. Keeping up-to-date with current fire safety legislation and maintaining professional development. Relevant qualification in fire safety or a similar field. Proven experience in fire risk assessment or a related role. Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Prepared and happy to work alone/remote working. Full driver's license DBS Enhanced Check required (handled by Karntek). Experience in working within regulated environments preferred.
