Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Advanced Practice Provider opportunity in a 16-bed Intensive Care Unit within a high-acuity, well-supported critical care environment. Full-time 7-on/7-off night shift schedule (7p-7a) offering strong work-life balance and predictable time off. No procedures or intubations required, allowing focus on ICU patient management and collaborative care delivery. Work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary critical care team in a structured regional referral center. Competitive compensation starting at $120,000+ with sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment eligibility.
