Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in facility management services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative 2 to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative 2, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote - MST time zone only

Pay Range: $22.19 hourly

Shift: Part Time and Full Time

What's the Job?

• Provide inbound customer service support via phone and email for facility-related inquiries and issues.

• Create and manage work orders using multiple CMMS systems, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.

• Follow up with customers to gather additional data and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

• Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with customers and team members.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in a maintenance environment or customer service industry.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong computer skills, including experience with CMMS and Office 365.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and courteously.
