Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to introduce homeowners to our award-winning remodeling products and schedule free in-home consultations for our outside sales team.

No sales experience required! We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bring your energy, work ethic, and willingness to succeed. We'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

Engage with homeowners in assigned residential neighborhoods.
Introduce our remodeling products and services.
Identify potential customers and schedule free consultations.
Build communication and sales skills through hands-on experience.
Represent our company at home shows and community events.
Work with a supportive team to reach goals and advance your career.

Compensation & Benefits

$40,000$80,000+ annual earning potential.
Base pay, uncapped commissions, and multiple performance bonuses.
$1,500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel within assigned territories.
Availability until approximately 6:307:00 PM, MondayFriday, with some weekends as needed.
