  • Case Mix: MAC, General Anesthesia
  • Cases to include: general, vascular, ENT, Ortho, Urology, GYN, Robotics, plastics, endo, bariatrics, bronchoscopy, and neurosurgery
  • Cases to Exclude: Peds, Hearts, Thoracis, Pain
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
  • Active License: Current State Medical License - PA
  • Certifications: NBCRNA certification
