Rapid Subject Matter Expertise Development: Quickly learn complex business processes, tools, and operational challenges in order to become an effective program leader and trusted partner, then transition to the next critical initiative as business needs evolve. Stakeholder Enablement & Education: Serve as the primary bridge between technical teams building new tools and the operations groups responsible for using them. Tool Adoption & Organizational Readiness: Lead onboarding and change management efforts for new tool adoption across multiple operations teams, ensuring alignment with broader business and operational strategies. Feature Communication: Clearly communicate feature launches, updates, and roadmaps to multiple operational audiences through presentations, demos, training materials, and written documentation. Feedback Loop Management: Gather, structure, and relay operational team feedback to product and engineering teams to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions. Proactively identify and resolve barriers to adoption and execution. Scalable Deployment Planning: Develop and implement scalable rollout plans, including pilot definition, success metrics, risk management, timeline management, and post-launch support. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate regular syncs, workshops, and working sessions across operations, engineering, product, and leadership teams to drive alignment, transparency, and executional excellence. Reporting & Executive Communication: Track adoption, program performance, risks, pain points, and business impact to deliver clear, data-driven updates and recommendations to senior leadership. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve deployment, onboarding, and operational workflows. Lead initiatives to reduce friction, improve user experience, and strengthen long-term process effectiveness.
