From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you’ll do as Sector Manager, PCR:Managing a remote sales team including setting, measuring, tracking sales performance and hiring of new sales repsCovering the Gulf coast from Baton Rouge, LA to Mobile, ALDrive growth in revenue, margin, and profitability for the East Gulf Coast petrochemical/refining territory (Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Mobile, Pascagoula) and deliver a $50M FY2027 target.Maintain market awareness and stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the marketEnforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performanceEnsure effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales processDrive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout sector in partnership with Marketing.Lead, coach, and develop 7 direct‑report sales representatives—set targets, monitor activity, conduct ride‑alongs, and run structured 1:1s and field coaching.Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective actionExecute specific plans developed to drive market penetrationEnsure that assigned sector attracts, develops, and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplace You are:5+ years of direct business to business sales management experienceAdvanced Knowledge of targeted territory and understanding of the petrochemical industry, downstream and midstream.Strong technical fluency-ability to discuss equipment with process engineers and plant technical teams.Proven track record managing and scaling a sales team in a field‑oriented environment.Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, strategist, and AnalyticalBachelor’s degree or relevant years of experienceHere’s what you’ll get:Work from home or in a local service center in Gulf Coast region of the USCompetitive Salary - plus bonus structureNo premium cost medical plan option availablePaid training programs and tuition reimbursement.Sales career growth potential in expertise, leadership and across territoriesSafety-focused cultureOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
