This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to property tour, to completing the lease/application paperwork. The role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; it's about understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is friendly and cheerful, and loves making a difference in people’s lives. Previous experience is not required; if you are a motivated individual, we are excited to train. Qualifications & Skills Must have valid driver's license Vehicle required Personal Smart Phone technology required Property Management Software, OneSite experience a plus Strong marketing and customer service skills Energetic, outgoing personality Proven leasing expertise with a focus on affordable housing compliance Compensation $18-$20 per hour. Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. To be hired, candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
