Role Description The Financial Controller role is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing Envirosight’s financial operations and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. This role includes managing accounting activities such as general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end close processes, and coordination with external auditors. The Financial Controller prepares and reviews financial statements, develops budgets and forecasts, monitors cash flow, and supports strategic decision-making with data-driven financial analysis. Day-to-day tasks also involve implementing internal controls, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, optimizing financial processes, and collaborating with leadership on financial planning and performance metrics.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to oversee core financial processes and internal controls.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and managing Financial Reporting in accordance with applicable standards.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting data-driven strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as strong skills in spreadsheets and financial modeling tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or infrastructure-related industries is a plus.
