Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Bring industry‑relevant experience and sufficient capital to start and grow a successful agency
- Hold and remain eligible for both Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (resources available if you do not yet hold them)
- Energetic about building a profitable, multi‑line agency serving AAA members
- Own and grow the agency, selling products to a well‑defined, loyal client base
