Main Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive searches from initial intake all the way through to successful closure.
- Act as a trusted advisor, gaining a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and company culture.
- Strategically source talent by leveraging our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your personal network and innovative communication tools.
- Utilize our platform to manage candidates efficiently, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Emphasize permanent placements that offer enduring value for clients while maximizing your earning potential.

- Confidence in navigating ATS/CRM systems (we offer training on ours).
