Associate Creative Director, Art 21GRAMS, a Real Chemistry subsidiary, is an advertising agency focused on making healthcare more human. We are seeking a talented art director to lead creative engagements across multiple healthcare client accounts and translate brand strategy into compelling creative across digital channels. Responsibilities Structure comprehensive narratives and adapt voice for various client audiences. Collaborate with the copy team to produce focused campaigns and experiences. Identify and interview prospective creative candidates. Manage creative teams, output, and client relationships. Create concepts and campaigns aligned with client strategy. Oversee day‑to‑day deliverables, meet tight deadlines, and ensure high‑quality work. Mentor teams internally and externally. Manage awards submissions and brand case studies. Participate in high‑level projects and new business pitches. Required Skills & Experience Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences. 5–7+ years of healthcare/pharma agency experience. BA degree in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred). Pay Range: $160,000–$190,000 USD. Real Chemistry is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
