About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Equipment Finance Sales Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with assigned bankers, their management, and clients. This role involves driving the growth and profitability of the bank's lending portfolio through the origination of EFL transactions. The SVP will be expected to participate in banker meetings and events, leverage market knowledge to create prospecting lists, and develop a disciplined new business prospecting strategy. Additionally, the role requires the development of Center of Influence referral sources and close cooperation with functional support staff to facilitate the closing of transactions. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and possess expert-level skills in equipment finance and leasing sales, relationship management, and new business development. The role demands the ability to read and understand financial statements, a good working knowledge of equipment leasing products, and the ability to position their benefits to prospective clients. Knowledge of key capital equipment classes such as construction, transportation, and manufacturing is essential. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success, capable of multitasking and setting priorities, and proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, pricing software, and the HP Financial Calculator.
