J ob Overview

We are seeking reliable, caring, hard-working RNs for our Long Term Care Facility in Lafayette/Andover NJ. Full-time, part-time and per diem shifts available.

A Long-Term Care RN provides comprehensive medical care to residents with chronic illnesses, disabilities or injuries requiring extended care. RNs focus on administering medications, developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring patient health status and working with the Interdisciplinary team.

Duties

Medication Administration
Treatment Administration
Patient Assessment and Monitoring
Care Plan Development
Documentation
Communication with Resident, Families and Care Team
Supervision of LPNs and CNAs
Emergency Response
Coordination with Interdisciplinary team
Patient and Family Education

Required Skills and Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license from the State of New Jersey
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong Problem-Solving Skills
