Production Designer

Joining a dynamic marketing team, the full-time Production Designer will design and produce print and digital artwork for various marketing materials while working onsite in Bozeman, MT, and managing multiple deadlines in a flexible hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Prepare designs and layouts for printed materials and digital assets, ensuring quality and adherence to brand standards Manage production files, troubleshoot prepress issues, and coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to execute designs and maintain consistency across all marketing materials Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or internal marketing department Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative mindset with a solid understanding of graphic design principles and brand consistency
