Mechanical Technician - night shift

Role Mechanical Technician Schedule Night shift, 12 hours shift, compressed work week schedule Job Responsibilities Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems. Conduct daily rounds and readings. Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, heating and cooling systems. Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties. Assignments are semi‑routine in nature with work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving non‑standard problems. Experience / Requirements Experience in facility mechanical systems operations and maintenance (boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, building exhaust, water movement, etc.). Lift 30 lbs 3 times a day on average. Preferred experience in Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical industries. FST Technical does not offer employment‑based visa sponsorship for this position.
